With our TS Club Boost of €5.000, we want to strengthen our commitment to social responsibility and help clubs expand their programmes to reach more people and bring about positive change.

How It Works: TS Vereinsboost 2025 Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Organizer, Timeline

Organizer: TS CCM GmbH, Altrottstraße 31, 69190 Walldorf (“TS Group”).

• Application phase (Email): until 10.10.2025
• Active phase (Video upload): 29.09.2025 – 10.10.2025
• Like phase: 29.09.2025 – 15.10.2025, 12:00 PM
• Jury deadline: until 13.10.2025, jury members submit their ratings to TS Group
• Winner determination: from 15.10.2025, 12:00 PM

§ 2 Participation

1. Participation in four steps:
   a) Email to tssponsoring@group-ts.de with club name, area of activity, Instagram account.
   b) Review by TS Group: registered club (e. V.), active Instagram account, team sports.
   c) Confirmation by TS Group.
   d) Posting a video on the club’s Instagram account and inviting @ts_group_global as co-author (Collab Reel).
   Video content: What does the club do? Creative reference to “TS”. Why should you win?
2. Only one entry per Instagram account is allowed.
3. Application and video must be submitted within the deadlines.
4. The club account must follow @ts_group_global.

§ 3 Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

1. 1. Cash prize TURBINENÖL – 1.500 €
2. 2. Cash prize Hochwarth IT – 1.250 €
3. 3. Voucher WELDE – 1.000 €
4. 4. Voucher ABSOLUTE Teamsport Rausch – 750 €
5. 5. Voucher Bauer Bäcker – 500 €
6. 6. Voucher REWE Sinsheim Rüttinger – 300 €
7. 7. Voucher ABSOLUTE Teamsport Rausch – 250 €

Note: Cash payment or transfer of prizes is excluded.

§ 4 Winner Determination (Likes + Jury Rating)

Only likes on the Collab Reel accepted by TS Group as co-author during the like phase count.

1) Like rating (points by thresholds):

• 0–500 Likes = 10 points
• 501–1.000 Likes = 20 points
• 1.001–1.500 Likes = 25 points
• 1.501–3.000 Likes = 30 points
• 3.001–4.000 Likes = 35 points
• 4.001–5.000 Likes = 40 points
• 5.001–7.500 Likes = 45 points
• 7.501–10.000 Likes = 50 points

2) Jury rating:

7 jury members each name their top 3:

1. 1. place = 30 points
2. 2. place = 20 points
3. 3. place = 10 points

3) Total result:

Points from likes and jury ratings are added. Prizes are awarded in order of total points. In case of a tie, the followers of the TS Group account decide via an Instagram Story vote.

§ 5 Eligibility

Eligible to participate are registered clubs (e. V.) within the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Not eligible:

• Individuals, informal groups, or unregistered clubs
• Participation via prize services or third parties

Max. one video per Instagram account. Content must be politically and ideologically neutral and free from discriminatory, defamatory, or offensive material.

§ 6 Procedure

Winners will be notified after completion according to § 4.

By participating, clubs agree to cooperate in interviews and photos during prize handover.

§ 7 Early Termination / Changes

TS Group reserves the right to change or terminate the contest or these terms at any time without prior notice.

§ 8 Privacy

TS Group’s privacy policy applies: group-ts.de/en/privacy

§ 9 Exclusion

Exclusion occurs in cases of:

• Violations of these terms and conditions
• Suspected purchased likes or manipulation

§ 10 Liability

TS Group is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

§ 11 Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

§ 12 Final Provisions

By participating, the club accepts these terms and conditions. If individual clauses are invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected. German law applies.
